(No registration will be granted after the deadline. From June 17 to 18, all registrants will be reviewed. A \u201cLetter of Acceptance\u201d will be sent out on June 18 to those who are admitted)<\/p>\n<p><strong> Check-in Time<\/strong>\uff1aJune 30, 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm. Opening ceremony start at 4:00pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Group Capacity<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>Adults \u2013 60 (ages 30 and above)<br \/>\nEnglish \u2013 40 (ages 17 and above)<br \/>\nTeens \u2013 60 (ages 13 to 16)<br \/>\nFamily \u2013 60 pairs (any child aged 8 to 12 must have a parent\u00a0or guardian with them throughout the camp period)<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to register<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n1. (a) Download the form from the website www.baus.org;<br \/>\n(b) Obtain a copy from Chuang Yen Monastery, Carmel, NY;<br \/>\n(c) Obtain a copy via mail by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to us.<br \/>\n2. (a) You may e-mail your application form (PDF) to cym@baus.org<br \/>\n(b)or Fill out the form (please print) and send it back with a self-addressed, stamped envelope,with<br \/>\na note on the envelope indicating \u201cSummer Camp\u201d. Please send the package before June 17.<br \/>\n3. We will mainly consider those who can stay the whole time.<br \/>\n4. We do not accept telephone registrations or registration by third party..<br \/>\n5. Please bring the Letter of Acceptance at check-in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Check-in Location<\/strong>\uff1aMain Office, Great Buddha Hall<\/p>\n<p><strong>Notes to parents<\/strong>\uff1a<br \/>\n1. Please do not register your child if he\/she needs one-on-one supervision.<br \/>\n2. Please minimize the interference with lessons and classes, if you decide to stay with the camp.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What you need to bring<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health insurance card,<\/li>\n<li>Personal bowls and silverware;<\/li>\n<li>Toiletry items (toothbrush, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.).<\/li>\n<li>Sleeping bag, blanket,<\/li>\n<li>Cup,<\/li>\n<li>Slippers,<\/li>\n<li>Hat\/cap, Flashlight,<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable clothes for meditation or exercise.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>What you must NOT bring<\/strong>\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Meat,<\/li>\n<li>Alcoholic beverages,<\/li>\n<li>Personal electronic devices,<\/li>\n<li>Expensive jewelry (for which we will not accept any responsibility for lost)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note<\/strong>\uff1a<br \/>\n1. Chuang Yen Monastery reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises if they do not follow camp rules, e.g. being disruptive, not violating the regulations of operation.<br \/>\n2. Please notify us as soon as possible, if you are admitted but unable to come.<br \/>\nWe could grant admission to others on the waiting list.<br \/>\n3. Please do not show up without admission, i.e. Letter of Acceptance during the summer camp period.<br \/>\nTransportation\uff1a<br \/>\n1. For those who decide to drive their own vehicles, please check our website at www.baus.org\u00a0for driving directions.<br \/>\n2. For those who decide to take public transportation, there will be one (1) shuttle bus service at Cold Spring\u00a0train station at 2:02 PM on June 30. Please show up on time, there will be no other bus service.<br \/>\n3. For those who decide to take private transportation service, please contact Mr. Lin at 212-673-5186, Yifan Transportation Travel Agency at 718-886-8868, or any other limo services.<br \/>\nBAUS is not responsible for any conduction of the transaction.<br \/>\n4.
