The Buddha praised mindfulness of the body in the highest terms, stating \u201cThey do not taste nirvana who do not taste mindfulness of the body. They taste nirvana who taste mindfulness of the body.\u201d Over four days, from Friday morning, September 2, through Monday afternoon, September 5, Ven. Bhikkhu Bodhi will lead an online retreat on mindfulness of the body based on the Satipatthana Sutta.
