He also holds position as a research \u0003associate in Center for Buddhist Studies at Sun Yat-Sen University in Guangzhou, China. Ven. Dr. Dhammadipa Fa Yao was the Abbot of the Chuang Yen Monastery as well as Temple of \u0003Enlightenment. He received his full-ordination as a Bhikkhu monk in Sri Lanka in 1987 where he \u0003received his bachelor and master degrees in Buddhist Studies. Prior to heading for U.K. for his \u0003doctoral studies, he had taught at two prestigious Buddhist graduate institutes in Taiwan.
